The GP32 is one of the top retro-things around since its pretty much only good for emulation and homebrew, and has good controls; Zodiac is good for retro as well. Aside from them, theres no devices with good controls and a GP32 will woop a Pocket PC anyday for 'experience', despite being a fraction of the specification. (But then, stuff like ScummVM are gorgeous on the X50v etc of course :) If only the d-pad was a little bigger and there was a button or two on the top of the device, for landscape modes :) (using power for firing is no good :) So I imagine I'll keep fiddling with my GP32 for ages, but I get the feeling they're sliding to even-more-obscure right now..
