Mobility Site - View Single Post - Program allows you to overclock a 300mhz to 400mhz

Anyone know if the 300 MHz and 400 MHz are truly different processors or just locked at different frequencies? Overclocking by this percentage on any desktop processor would be foolish at best, so I'm wondering whether it's just a marketing thing.
