Depends on what you want you mean by by sync email with the Exchange server. You can setup activesync to sync your emails when you connect to your pc, or you can sync directly with the Exchange server. If you want to sync directly (without relying on a pc, this can be done a number of ways, WiFi,GPRS etc. but it depends on how your Exchange is setup. Your exchange administrator is the best person to ask, you will need either exchange 2003 or exchange 2000 with the mobile communication upgrade. The Exchange would then need to be enabled to allow Activesync and/or Outlook Mobile Access(OMA), you may even need a certificate. You may gets lots of answers and spend lots of time trying to get it to work but check first with your administrator to see if it's possible at all.
