We have Exchange Server 2000. I see in Active Synch where to enter the server name (I assume this would be the IP address so that it can find the server over the internet), the username and password. What user name should this be (the network user ID, the mail ID, . . )?

We have been trying some different combinations to no avail. My boss used to use an AT&T PDA/Phone, and said he needed some software from AT&T called "Office Online" which put something on the exchange server and his PDA/Phone. Do I need something like that? I can't look at his settings, because his unit was recently hard reset, and he dosen't rememember how to set it up.

We have tried some different combinations, but get an error-29, which says the server can not be found.

Any thoughts?
