What a curious coincidence, DVDXSoftware sounds very similar to DVDx - a free DVD backup package that's been around for several years.

EDIT: It was not my intention to imply that there was any funny business going on I was merely pointing out the coincidental naming. For the record there was also a commercial package called DVDXCopy by 321 Studios.
