In short there isn't one. The FLAC library itself has been ported to the WinCE platform by Arisme but so far no player has implemented it.

Send the author of your favourite player a polite email asking them to implement the library but in the mean time you are just going to have to store the FLACs on your PC and encode them to a usable format when you want to play them on your X50. Personally I would suggest Musepack as the encoder produces good quality and is very fast.
