Baen is the best by far. I have been an advocate for them since they started up. There are a ton of free books and thier prices on new reeleases are tbe best to be found.
There are hundreds of sites that have e-books and you should have no trouble finding something that suits your reading style. Also search through the e-book froum here to find links that other members have posted.
