Mobility Site - View Single Post - Active Sync 3.8 INF Install Failure. Reason Access Denied

I'm trying to load AS 3.8 on a friends PC. At first I was getting the below Error:

Windows CE

System requires files from the directory 'C:\documents and settings\John\Local Settings\Temp\IXP000.tmp\sys', which does not exist.

I figured my way past this error by rebooting and disconnecting the cradle. Now however I am receiving the following error:

INF Install Failure. Reason Access Denied

Weird thing, John has Local Admin on PC and has rights to his C:\ drive.

PC is Win 2K Professional, with SP4

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated :approve:
