We have been trying some different combinations to no avail. My boss used to use an AT&T PDA/Phone, and said he needed some software from AT&T called "Office Online" which put something on the exchange server and his PDA/Phone. Do I need something like that? I can't look at his settings, because his unit was recently hard reset, and he dosen't rememember how to set it up.
We have tried some different combinations, but get an error-29, which says the server can not be found.
Any thoughts?

I may be wrong, but I don't think you can remotely sync with Exchange 2000, only with Exchange 2003 (I think there is a thread on this, try putting Outlook Web Access into the search engine). For Exchange 2000 the only way is vie the web - PIE, using Outlook Web Access...
so maybe you need to send a copy of Chris's front-page story to your IT people. It is about the forthcoming upgrade to Exchange 2003 which will allow push-email with WM5 (which will be available as an x50 upgrade later this year). Perhaps that will persuade them to upgrade!
