Memmaid isn't free... or wasn't last time I checked??? There is a time limited demo though.
Almost all programs will install something to the main memory. If you really need to get the memory back you can use Memmaid (as suggested above) to move the DLLs, Avantgo, IE Cache etc. to BIS or Memory cards.
