Almost all programs will install something to the main memory. If you really need to get the memory back you can use Memmaid (as suggested above) to move the DLLs, Avantgo, IE Cache etc. to BIS or Memory cards.

Just a word of caution about moving PIE cache files to BIS - it will slow down browsing to a crawl! Memory card should be ok though. :)
