Thanks...ricebw...I was gonna throw $ 30bucks off the window (i.e by dumping off Omega One Battery Pro. As a matter of fact, I HARD RESET and have the ON/OFF button for WiFi working again (i.e that basically killed Battery Pro and other programs). I installed all others in like a half hour, but I will reinstall BatteryPack Pro, as you're right, I liked it since it has a zillion little icons that you click and run applications + battery & memory life etc.

SeDKY..will try the registry option if PowerButtons disable doesn't work.
