Just looked at Dell's site to be sure that I don't miss an update - there's no German A02!

The German A01 can be mainly compared with the English A02 (but with some English A03 advantages like secure WiFi-Button). So go back to Ger A01 (and have german language again!).

I do not believe that any problems occur while downgrading, but you defintely must use the hacked utility (the origin verifies language and version). Good luck!
