2. So, what's this LATEST R59758? It Says in the info: "New and improved features" for A03 ROM

Is it like a patch for the original A03??
This is just the instructions

3. I have NO CF or SD card.....and all my programs are on my Axim...I guess i will lose ALL my data on it??

4. So...right now I am doing a FULL BACKUP to my PC using active sync ( painfully slow!! :rolling: ). Will i be able to RESTORE ALL MY FILES after the rom update using active sync and my PC.
Yes to #3, but the restore from ActiveSync should restore them all. A few people have had problems.

5. And , had I a CF or SD card...could I have done a full backup to it?? Would it be FASTER??
Faster, yes, but some people have also had problems restoring from these backups. Depending on how many programs/files you have stored on your Axim, and how much space is available on your main memory (RAM), you can do the Dell backup to it and then copy the file to your PC. After the upgrade, you can copy it back to restore from it.

6. And I've seen many programs and software on "Pocket PC thoughts " for data backup...and they're not cheap...what's their advantage over the regular backup i'm doing now??
Some people claim these work better than the M$ backup (ActiveSync) or the Dell backup. IMO, all software can fail in certain cases. I figure the two options available already are sufficient.
