You think I would have learned by now to check the forums before doing something drastic like a hard reset. My screen was not working. I did a soft reset-no improvement. No improvement after a hard reset, either. I was getting ready to call Dell and thought "hey, I should check Aximsite"... I removed my screen protector and voila! My Ax works like a charm now. I never even thought it could be the screen protector. Thanks for saving me the grief of having to call Dell :).
