A hard reset will restore your device to factory condition with the exception of things you store in Built-in Storage, that only changes if you remove it. The OS is in the Read Only Memory on your device.

Okay I understand but does that mean things like registry hack and also files that was added to the windows directory get removed and restored to factory settings?
