Many thanks for the replies guys - have finally heard from them and they are full of apologies and point out that their French supplier is having difficulty obtaining the items from their Asian supplier
)
Not my problem.... if one is to trade on the web then one should not make misleading comments etc.
They have since offered to replace (at no extra charge) to same capacity but more expensive / higher quality media. I can live with that - watch this space.
