What is .rsvb? You mean .rmvb right? OK

Step 1: Download and install Helix YUV codecs
Step 2: Download and install Real7ime Converter (R7C)
Step 3: Follow the instructions included with R7C to convert to AVI
Step 4: Find one of the numerous AVI to WMV/MPG/XYZ tutorials on the Web and follow what it says
(Optional) E-mail whoever you got the video from asking them to, in future, provide content in a format that you can actually use
