That would be the 3rd Lexar I've seen that didn't work right ... Thats why I asked .. One from my friend here, one from geneb and one from someone on the Axim chat ...
The reason I asked was the first 2 I saw had the EXACT same type of label on the back as my 2 failed SanDisk cards ...
Now thats not to say all Lexars are bad ... I just bought my son a 256meg Lexar SD card for his Axim ... But it actually says Lexar Media, Made in Japan
So out of my cards here from the labels on the back of them:
Lexar, 256meg SD, Taiwan, AR0301LR - FAILED
Lexar, 128meg SD, Japan, BK21A 004065 - PERFECT
Lexar, 256meg SD, Japan, D00 BP3DD 006955 - PERFECT
SanDisk, 256meg SD, Japan, AR0304LR - FAILED
SanDisk, 256meg SD, Japan, AR0304LR - FAILED
SimpleTech, 256meg SD, Japan, D000 BP3DD 003872 - PERFECT
Its just too much of a coincidence for me that all the cards that have that same AR number on the back have failed for me ... For the short time that they did work the AR cards were just so damn slow ...
