FairUse all the way. I can't say I've actually tried DVD Decryptor but I think the quality of video and sound are absolutely outstanding coming from FairUse. Combine that with the ease of use and the ability to shrink your file down to a custom size and it's a winner in my books.

And it's FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
