I like the ease of PocketDivxEncoder but I could never get it to make a an AVI where the audio/video were in sync with one another.
Nothing horribly obvious but after 45min - 1 hour it would be off by almost a second.
Some suggested manually entering the FPS but that didn't work.
It helped.... but it wasn't a complete fix.
