Nothing horribly obvious but after 45min - 1 hour it would be off by almost a second.
Some suggested manually entering the FPS but that didn't work.
It helped.... but it wasn't a complete fix.

I encode at 15 frames per second and I have never had any trace of video/audio lack of sync. Neither is there any flicker as one might expect at this low FPS.
