Betaplayer definitely supports MJPEG, the problem is that it's not an appropriate format for playback on a PDA due to the very high video bitrate. The error reported by kissableamyf is quite normal as the tool I linked to is for checking compatibility with Sigma Design based DVD players, not Betaplayer, it just happens to be a small tool that produces easy to read results.
kissableamyf: You can easily compress this file down to 1/20 of its original size using a DivX/XVID/Windows Media/MPEG4 compressor with no visible quality loss, the reason for this is MJPEG is a very good format for capturing video but not so good for playback on a Pocket PC. If you want an extremely easy to use tool, then you could try the new DivX Converter which is available at
DivX.com or the free Windows Media Encoder from
Microsoft.
