The button just turn on what ever you last turned on manually. If you want to button to turn on both, go to the bluetooth and wifi icon on the bottom right and turn them on from there. This will enable the button to turn on/off both at the same time. If you just want it to do wifi, just turn on the wifi from the wlan utility. Now the button will only turn on the wifi.
