Just do a hard reset (hold down power button and do soft reset at the same time) to get your Axim back to its factory state. Note that the contents of Built-in-Storage and memory cards will not be touched, but everything you installed/saved in Main Memory will be gone and you will need to reconfigure your wifi again.
