If you keep it on your computer and stream it over your network wirelessly to your X50v, it will probably stop occasionally to buffer.

You mentioned adding it to a specific folder on your X50v, so I assume you have a CF or SD card, right? If that's the case, one way to do it is with ActiveSync running on both your computer and your X50v. Right-click on the ActiveSync icon in your computer's System Tray/Notification Area (beside the clock), and choose "Explore". Navigate to the folder where you want to store the movie on your X50v, and drag it from your computer to this folder.

Another way is with a card reader plugged into your computer. Insert your CF or SD card into the card reader and drag the movie from your computer onto the card. Then plug the card into your X50v.
