Might be dificult for a variety of reasons.
1) If Dell aren't releasing it you can't get a legal copy.
2) Assuming that someone manages to get an ilegal we certainly won't discuss it here
3) Assuming you could get it and you may break your axim and would void your warrenty (Dell would find the ilegal copy when you tried to send it back)
4) It's probably one of those things that if you need to ask how to do it... you probably can't manage it.
2003SE isn't a bad OS anyway. If you've been happy with your x30 up till now then you can keep smiling at you shiny new axim :)
