With ASync you can't sync to your SD or CF Cards. There are 3rd party apps that will allow this.
You need to use Explorer (Axim or PC/while ASynced) to move
Files.
For Programs you should
UNinstall from Main Memory and
REinstall to BIS, SD or CF Card. When asked if you want to install to default location, tap NO and then select SD, CF or BIS from the drop-down.
