The actual use of Kazaa is legal but alot of the times the content that you are actually downloading is illegal. Such as songs and movies or programs. All of these free things to you are taking money out of the owners pockets. I guess it is really a question about morals, Do you feel right taking from those people? They cant stop the Kazaa and Morpheus users but they are trying.
