I do not believe that you can watch .mov files on the PPC. Evil licence issues.

I strongly even doubt the EXISTENCE of a player that can handle playing a MOV much less embedding it in PIE. I dont think too many formats are supported with embedding because PIE is just extremely limited like that. I doubt even shockwave and java would work in PIE without a ton of modifications.
