Using FairUse you get to tell it what to make the final file size. So if you have a 256MB card you can tell it to make your movie 250MB so it will fit. The larger the size the better the quality. But after a certin point it gets to be a bit much. I mean, this is not your 70" TV after all. A good rule of thumb is around 100MB per 30 min of video. As for what else you need.
