There definitely isn't a Quicktime plugin for Pocket IE so embedded movies don not play. PictPocket Cinema and The Core Pockect Media Player both support Quicktime playback on Pocket PC (and Palm in the case of TCPMP) but most movie trailers contain QDesign audio which is a propriertary format that cannot be played so you will get video but it will be silent.
