Mobility Site - View Single Post - the ultracool, yet frustrating virtual keyboard

Has anyone had any experience with the VKB from iTech. The model I have is Bluetooth connected yet I can't seem to get my BT wizard to connect with it (it says no useful service found). Any ideas? The instructions from the manufacturer are vague at best.
