Hi, instead of opening another battery thread, thought I'd just ask here if ppl already have one of those 4xAA extenders.

It seems that they will not charge the X50v while it's on? is this correct?

If not can it be modified so it will?

even If you have to add another couple of AA's to make it work & a power ic of some sorts.

I want an external Bpack that can take rechargable AA's or rechargable 9V battery's that can re-charge while the x50 is on.

ie watching a movie & battery gets too low, turning off and waitng for charge ? whats the point in that...
Instead have the pack available, plug it in, keep watching movie and maybe when movie finished unit is fully charged.

If there is a porduct on the market that does this, I want it.

If there isn't, I'll build one.
