The way I see it actions could have been made by game programmer to avoid piracy. No efforts are made to prevent it. How about games sold on SD or CF cards. You could play directly from the card so piracy is reduced to a minimum.

This wouldn't necessarily reduce piracy. A lot of PPC games are sold on CD and they make their way onto the P2P networks same as software for PCs. A CF or SD card is basically the same as a CD so I don't see how this would make a difference.
