Under "Enable scroll with D-Pad," and "Enable tab movement with D-Pad," I would try checking both, then exit tapping the green check mark at the bottom.

yes, i did that, too...
actually, the attached diagrams are a little misleading... the
scrolling action has always been there
even before i installed PocketBreeze
and thus, when i enabled D-Pad movement/scrolling with PB - the default "scrolling" action gets in the way ---> when i scroll down through, say a PB task list, each of the other plugins gets highlighted, and it really irritates/annoys me...
