:waaa: An alarm went off but I wasn't there because I had forgotten the device at home and my mom couldn't close it so she just left it on. So when I came home it was out of battery but I had to go right after so I didn't recharge it. Around a week after that I recharged it and after a day I took it out and tried opened it but it won't open. The only signal of "life" I see is the little red light when I charge it or put it on the cradle and it eventually turns green.
I was wondering if it had anything to do with the fact that I have to reinstall ActiveSync since my old computer got rebooted and I lost everything.
Also, If i don't find any way to make it re-work, I was wondering if I could call Dell and If they would return me another one even though my dad bought this one on e-bay.

Please answer fast! Thank you!
