Maybe hoping for too much!

I recently got a D-link DCF-660W wireless CF card and as noted in my previous thread, it worked fine with standard installation.

Now I'm wondering whether I can get it working on my laptop as well. I have a CF - PCMCIA adapter but there are no Win 2K drivers on the D-link website for this device.

Could I download a driver from one of their PCMCIA wireless cards and use the 660 as a 'virtual PCMCIA' card, or would I risk damaging the device?

I'm hoping to be able to use one card for two things, like I can with my Ambicom CF bluetooth card - but maybe I'm being greedy!

I'd love to hear from anyone with any experience one this topic.

Cheers
Graeme
