Nice Job! I have pointed several people to your site because of the nice job you have done. This one is no exception. I have a couple of comments for things you might want to add. All of them have to do with the step on the cropping page. There are several things here that are good to do.
1. Rather then croping using the numbers for Top and Bottom, The Autoset button works very well. As do the 4/3 and 3/2 options. But all they really do is "zoom" in to fill the screen.
2. I think it helps to crop off the credits. It can be done pretty easy and this leaves more of your "x"number of megs for the movie instead of the movie and credits. Slide the slider bar to where the credits start and click the button "Set credits start". Then transfer that number to the box in the upper left under "Frame Range" -> "End". Then it will not encode the credits, thus leaving more room for just the movie.
3. Last but most important (IMO) is the subtitles. If you check the box that says "Include Subtitles" and then the one next to it that says "Show only forced subtitles" you will be able to see the subtitles that were ment to be in the movie. So if in one part two people are speaking spanish with out checking them boxes you will not be able to see what they are saying.
It is also good to point out on the last page there is a box for "defer processing". By clicking that you can go through the whole process again for another movie and when you are done. Process the entire batch. Say at night so when you wake up all your movies are done.
