Last I checked the only difference in the two versions was a limit on the max file size (700MB). And that didn't really affect people using it for the Axim as 700MB way overboard. A 2 hour movie should be about 400MB IMO. So as far as I know, the lite verson will have the 4/3 option.
As a side note, when you do your first movie you can click that button to see what effect it has. If you don't like it you can just click the Autoset button to go back to normal. Makes it easy to see what I was trying to put into works above. Good Luck~
