Errmmmm, PSX emulator ? Only thing I have ever heard of is some kinda betas (like in "version 0.0000000012" :D), that only manage to display Sony's logos, or something like that......
Managing to get anything above 1-2fps of a real PSX game on any PPC will be next to impossible, if not for anything else, but for the sheer difference in processing capacity that the PSX and any PPC have......
Not going to happen, sorry.....
