), the user can decide whether the device and computer sync, the computer overwrites the device, or the device overwrites the computer. Can Activesync do that?

CS from work won't let me install Outlook 2003 on my computer; I have only Outlook 2000. When syncing, data from the two versions doesn't seem to get along. I'd like to set syncing on my work computer so that the device ALWAYS overwrites the computer. I think I can get away with that.
