The good news for everyone is that of the 15,000 members of this site, see how few people are actually complaining about problems from their Axim and/or Dell. This is NOT intended to minimize the problems some are having as I had a Dpad problem and received a new Axim. It is just that no one manufactures all perfect products or has perfect customer service, but the numbers seem to indicate the Axim is a good quality product.
I know I am thrilled to have an Axim and hope everyones problems are resolved to their satisfaction.
