Are you just looking for a program that can manage the data that you enter? You might try something like ListPro or a database app. I use ListPro for tracking many things since you can customize each list's fields for each need.
For example, you could have a list file for each site. Within each list file, you can have many lists. One for WIndows updates with a checkbox, text field and a notes field.
Another list could be for hardware/software with versions etc.
One benefit is that once you set up the lists for one site, you can just copy the list file for the other sites.
ListPro would be a simple solution with a PC companion.. Of course there are several database apps that would give you even more flexibility.
