Do you have the same owner name as when you purchased Galaga? If it's not the same as your purchase info it wont work.

Yep, I've never changed my owner name. It's just as simple as my first name. I got a reply from Handango - they asked my owner name. I sent it to them again and they sent me back the same registration code - one that doesn't work. Ugh
