The graphics are much better I agree. Unfortunatly you pay heavily for the 640x480 res. Until products start supporting the graphics processor that x50v has it uses CPU cycles, slowing down most applications considerably. Try jawbreaker between the two and you will see a huge performance hit on the VGA screen.

OK I understand now.. I'm not a gamer so for me performance is in things like handwriting recognition.. document viewing etc..
The MDA has turned into my main work device. It's always with me as it's my phone. My Axim now lives in my bag and comes out when I want to enjoy what I'm reading, WiFi or media stuff. It wasn't a planned move to get the MDA.. but I was offered one as a free handset as part of my phone deal.
I enjoy using the axim too much to let it go though
