Hi, i tried 2 diff headphones already, and going to try one more tonight to see if its really the phone's problem... however, the phones don't hiss when i'm not playing music. Can this be fixed with say, another music program other than windows media player, or perhaps i need to convert the files somehow? i currently just have them in mp3 format copied onto my scandisk 1gb card.
