I don't know if this is the problem, but I just read the following on the FU support forum:

"FU is currently not compatible with DivX 6, but the next release will fix this.I am currently working on adding support for the new codec version, which should be working very soon."

This was posted just last week by the author of FU. He says that a compatible version should be out any day.
