A terrible Confession
It is with a heavy heart that I report the disappearance of my X5. I have searched Hi and Low and in multiple places and it is not to be found. I suspect a conspiracy between the dog, wife and grandson but alas I cannot gather accurate data to accuse any of them….although the dog does look a little guilty. But he looks the same way when he licks his butt.
Any way I have just placed an order for an X50 Advanced, VGA screen and the whole bit. $$$$$$ hurt but the company is going to pay for it so I am only feeling a little sad about that. I can only hope that the X5 turns up and I can still depend on it for e-books or to give to my daughter to take to collage. Likewise I hope the X50 lives up to its billing. I know some users have been less than impressed with it, and yes I did say some time back that I would never buy another Dell and yes I have cast long and vivid aspersions on the character and make up of the Dell Lack of Customer Service Departments but the X50 just looks so slick and powerful that it has won me over to the dark side.
I am prepared for the recriminations that will now come my way and try to hold up and not openly sob in front of my peers.
