Its very simple folks, If you have any problems w/ audio syncing the first thing you should do is open the file you want to encode in Virtdub. Go to file, and hit save wav. This will save the audio file in a clean CBR. (constant bite rate) Then Follow the guide found on:

http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showt...&threadid=3692

When doing the audio, in the audio menu choose the option to get audio from from wav (rather then from source which is choosen by default). Choose wav, and browse to where the wav file you saved early is. Do this and encode your video and it will keep sync. That is to say as long as your original video was in sync, or you dont trim the video after encoding. If you really want to trim a video I suggust first taking AVIsplitter, cutting it up in that, saving the file w/ everything cut out and then following the little guide I wrote encode the video.

And w/ AVIsplitter, choose to not rencode the video in AVIsplitter, choose the first option. This will output a file of aprx. the same size as the original, minus the small parts cut out.

You can also add skew to the file, and attempt to add in xseconds of delay or take out x senconds of delay (note Vdub wants time in miliseconds, do some math)

Hope this helps, msg me if your still stuck I might be able to help
